2. Temple Rules & Darshan

While we arrange priority access and Bhasma Aarti experiences, please note:

• All entry protocols, timings, and access are strictly governed by the Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple Management Committee.
• Carry valid government-issued ID proofs (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, etc.) as they are mandatory for temple entry.
• Please adhere to the traditional dress codes specified by the temple authorities (especially for Bhasma Aarti and Rudrabhishek).

3. Bookings, Advance Payments & Cancellations

We believe in complete transparency when it comes to your hard-earned money. Our payment policies are designed to build trust:

• Transparent Advance Payment: To secure arrangements such as comfortable hotel stays, reliable cabs, and confirmed puja slots, we request a nominal advance token amount (usually 20% to 30% depending on the package). We need to pay local vendors upfront on your behalf to guarantee your bookings.
• Balance Payment on Arrival: The remaining balance can be comfortably paid upon your arrival in Ujjain or after your darshan is complete. Your trust is our biggest asset.
• Honest Cancellations & Refunds: If you need to cancel or reschedule, inform us on WhatsApp. We offer flexible rescheduling wherever possible. If you must cancel, we refund your advance after deducting only the actual non-refundable costs incurred (like hotel cancellation fees). We are happy to share exact receipts if needed.

4. Sacred Prasad Shipping & Delivery

When you order Mahakal Laddu, Sacred Bhasma, or Panchamrit through us, we ensure it is sourced directly from the temple premises and handled with utmost purity.

• Dispatch & Tracking: Once your order is confirmed, the prasad is freshly sourced and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. We share courier tracking details with you on WhatsApp.
• Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery takes about 4 to 7 working days anywhere in India, depending on your location.
• Transparent Shipping Charges: Any shipping or courier charges are clearly communicated upfront on WhatsApp before you make the payment. There are no surprise delivery fees and no extra costing beyond product price + shipping.
• Care & Handling: Sacred prasad is packed with care and devotion. In the rare event of a courier delay, we request your patience as the blessed offering makes its way to your home.

Your contact details are used strictly for booking updates, pickup/drop coordination, temple visit planning, and occasional spiritual greetings from Ujjain. We will never sell or misuse your data.
