• All entry protocols, timings, and access are strictly governed by the Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple Management Committee.
• We humbly request all devotees to carry valid government-issued ID proofs (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, etc.) as they are mandatory for temple entry.
• Please adhere to the traditional dress codes specified by the temple authorities (especially for Bhasma Aarti and Rudrabhishek).

3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

We know that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our policies are designed to be accommodating:

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once discussed over our official contact numbers and the initial token amount is received.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply inform us on WhatsApp or call us. We offer flexible rescheduling options wherever possible.
• Refunds for special arrangements (like booked hotels or specific non-refundable puja samagri) will be processed after deducting the actual expenses incurred.

4. Sacred Prasad Delivery

When you order Mahakal Laddu, Sacred Bhasma, or Panchamrit through us, we ensure it is sourced directly from the temple premises. The prasad is handled with the utmost purity and devotion before being shipped across India. Please allow standard courier transit times for out-of-station deliveries.

Prasad is taken directly from Mahakal Mandir and served to devotees. Only shipping charges apply — no extra costing beyond the listed product price and courier fees.
